Students must be swimming freestyle & backstroke for at least 60 ft. The goal of this class is to further develop their strength & endurance, clean up and master freestyle and backstroke, and to introduce breaststroke & dolphin kicking. Classes are 30m in length, with a 4:1 ratio.

The goal of this class is for students to improve their free/back skills, learn the fundamentals of butterfly & breaststroke, and to challenge their strength & endurance. Classes are 60m in length, with a 6:1 ratio. The final milestone for this level is to swim 200 ft (4 lengths of the pool) without stopping.
