October 5, 2015. Hello Splash swimmers! We have some very important updates about our “Endless Lesson” program. As many of you know, our Endless Lesson program is a monthly payment option that automatically gets taken from your checking account or charged to a credit card. You reserve and maintain your ideal day and time for swim lessons, each session, while you are in the program. The cost for our Endless Lesson is $76 per month. (There are multiple child discounts, as well.) Just like with our single session registrations, all Endless Lesson clients are invited to utilize our free family open swim every Friday 6:30pm-8:30pm & Saturday 12:30pm – 2pm. As long as you stay in the Endless program, you will not pay an annual registration fee.
Please read our very important Endless Lesson Updates —> In 2016, we will be requiring all Endless Lesson clients to sign an agreement stating that they will not cancel their lessons or payment, until the end of a given session. We still strongly encourage clients to cancel before the 1st of the month in which they wish to end their lessons, as this will allow us to pro-rate them for that month. This will be helpful to all involved, if the session ends in the middle of the month so clients are not charged for an entire month. The purpose of this agreement is to provide spaces for those who wish to register for a full session.
There is currently a WAITLIST for anyone wanting to become an endless client. In order to prevent schedule conflicts when our swim students advance to the next level, we are being very selective in adding endless clients to the list & cannot guarantee enrollment. Please be understanding about this decision, as we feel that this will allow us to continue to provide the highest quality of swim lessons for all our students. We will do our best to honor your request as soon as there is an appropriate opening.
