9:00am – 9:30am MEET & GREET
9:30am – 10:00am Vertical Aquatic Exercise – Benefits. Presentations by Ruth Sova, Mick & Sue Nelson.
10:00am – 10:30am – Q & A
10:30am – 10:45am Introduction to AI CHI & The Benefits
11:00am – Practical AI CHI Experience – Everyone in the Water! We will end around Noon.
